Four gene clusters in Arabidopsis are defined in this study based on domain compositions. Left: Frequent domain combinations. In case of RRS1, "X" refers to a WRKY TF-like DNA binding domain. In case of DAR4 (CHS3), "X" refers to a LIM-domain.
