Shown right is the genomic context of the syntenic regions (marked in black). The regions in focus include one NB-LRR gene that expanded to a tandem array in the Arabidopsis lineage after split of Solanaceae. Diamond indicates a tandem duplication event. Genes not overlapped by HSPs are shown in green. In case of C. sinensis, the orthologous genes are harbored by a very small scaffold (~12.6 kb), therefore scaled differently from other panels in GEVO.
