Prediction performance of the single-model method and the three methods with multiple models for different types of mutations. Matthews correlation coefficient (MCC) of EASE-AA2, EASE-ASA, EASE-SS, and EASE-MM is shown as a function of the secondary structure type of the mutated residue, relative accessible surface area of the mutated residue, and magnitude of the stability change. These are cross-validation results with the S1676 data set.
