The robust transcripts are the intersections of DE transcripts per cultivar. There are two overlaps between the robust up-regulated transcripts in positive/negative and early/late stress responses. Each color represents a cultivar with the number of DE transcripts up or down in that cultivar's stress sample compared to its control sample. The numbers represent the transcripts in each set (intersection included).
