Genome-wide hierarchical clustering of gene expression patterns at all time-points. Changes 30 minutes after acquisition (FC30') and 30 minutes after retrieval (RT30') are similar genome-wide (black box). C. Number of differentially regulated genes at FC30 and RT30 at two different false discovery rates (fdr <0.01 and < 0.1) and their overlap. The overlap is concentrated in upregulated genes.
