The plots shows the decreasing trend of the Fraction of Donors (Y axis) as a function of the Fraction of Somatic Mutations (X axis) in 27 cancer types for which there are a minimum of 4 points for fitting from at least 50 donors. The PanCancer plot is calculated merging all the cancer types together. The results of the fitting procedure are reported in Supplementary Table 2, Additional file 1.
