  1. The average number of changes detected by MAS5 per comparison between 2 GeneChipsĀ® (among probe sets called present in the baseline sample). Comparisons were made between animals in the same treatment group for both the 10 Ī¼g and 0.5 Ī¼g sample size groups to measure technical plus biological variability. "Total" is the number of changes regardless of magnitude; "ā‰„ 2-fold" is the number of probe sets with changes of 2-fold or more. "Marginal Increases" and "Marginal Decreases" are included.
