 Each column contains the R^{2} value calculated between each experimental test statistic and the "gold standard" tstatistic for (left to right): the average logged ratio M_{avg}, the standard tstatistic, the 90^{th} percentile penalized tstatistic, the SAM penalized tstatistic, the Zstatistic using the I_{avg} pooling metric and the Zstatistic using the I_{min} pooling metric. Data are from six independent threearray subsets of Dataset 4. Although M_{avg} is not a statistical test, it is included in this table for comparison.
