The small green arrows symbolize a human duplication of a fragment of 290 Kb. The white box represents a fragment of 500 Kb absent in the pig. Porcine BAC spanning each breakpoint are represented with anchoring of their ends on the human genome. Porcine BAC defining at best the localization of each breakpoint are shown with anchoring of their ends on the human genome.
