  1. These proteins are uniquely found in various Chlamydiaceae species but not detected in Protochlamydia or other bacterial groups. Other details as in Table 1. **OmcA is an annotated ORF in the P. amoebophila genome, however it could not be detected using Chl. trachomatis as probe via BLASTp and so was not considered a Chlamydiales protein; SRP, sulfur rich protein.
