Dependence of signal development on primer concentration. ds-cDNA was generated from 0.6 μg total RNA of DLD-1 at 62°C by linear amplification using the primer mix for Matriptase, PAI-1 and PAI-2. Different primer concentrations are indicated. Hybridization to the Array tubes® in accordance to the protocol described in the Methods part.
