Subclassification of 6 lung adenocarcinoma cell lines into tumor stages. Gene expression of the 79 gene discriminant is illustrated by a heat map. Red and green represent high and low levels of expression respectively. The y-axis represents 79 genes and the x axis represents 113 lung adenocarcinomas and 6 NSCLC cell lines. 6 cell lines are labeled and 113 adenocarcinomas are grouped in to stage I, II and III/IV.
