  1. For each window size, the expected number of genes is shown along with the observed number of genes. The expected numbers of genes arise from the mean of 100 randomized gene lists comprising the same number of genes than the Aroclor 1254-regulated gene list. The expected probability [%] describes the number of genes as percentage for a given window size. Here, all genes from the randomized lists (857) are set to 100 %. Further the p value is shown for obtaining such a result by chance using the binominal distribution.
