The first group of genes are the top ten genes that distinguish Group 1 from Groups 2 and 3; the second group of genes are the top ten genes that distinguish Group 2 from Groups 1 and 3; and the last group of genes are the top ten genes that distinguish Group 3 from Groups 1 and 2. The samples in BCMP11/ABCC11 Group 1 (ERBB2-/ESR1+) are in red; the samples in BCMP11/ABCC11 Group 2 (ERBB2+) are in green; and the samples in the BCMP11/ABCC11 Group 3 (ESR1-/ERBB2-) are in blue.
