Table 3 Average Pearson and Spearman correlations were calculated between normalized intensities for control technical replicates. All correlations are significant at p < 0.0001. These results show strong correlation both within and between the two Affymetrix microarrays, but lower correlation between the porcine glass and the Affymetrix platform.
