  1. This table shows data (from liver cDNA) generated from the 96 primer probe sets. There were quadruplicate determinations for each sample dilution. Mean Ct (copy threshold) of the undiluted liver cDNA is given for each gene. The slope and R2 values have been calculated. Genes with Ct values of 40 have not been included in the table.
