  1. Distribution of the deviations (in marker brackets) of the quantitative trait locus (QTL) location estimates from the correct bracket for the HAPim method under the default simulation scenarios (biallelic markers with N = 100, N s = 100, and t = 100) described in [1]. A deviation of 0 means the estimated position was in the correct marker bracket, 1 means the estimated position was one bracket away from the correct position, etc.
