H and M are shown separately owing to different hybridization designs: H denotes healthy fry 50 vs 180 ATU and M denotes M74 (I1 and I2) 50 vs 180 ATU hybridizations. The other hybridizations are M74 vs healthy fry of the same age. The panel presents genes that were differentially expressed in at least 5 of 10 samples. Red indicates upregulation and green downregulation. The values are expressed as fold difference. White means that the expression ratio did not significantly deviate from unity and n means the absence of data.
