Annotation was determined by having a homolog in any of the databases searched with an E-value of 1.0e-06. Even though the Candidatus Portiera aleyrodidarum bacterial DNA was present in the assembly processes, the sequences were removed when statistical calculations were carried out (represented by *) to avoid distortion of the results
