The comparison between the genotyping results of 87 samples (2,175 SNPs) by both Two-Array Method (A) and TAMGeS (B) is reported. With TAMGeS a striking reduction of the ambiguous signals (i.e. signals for which genotype assignment proves to be unfeasible, hence considered as missing signals) recovered as specific signals, can be observed. The percentage of unspecific signals (i.e. signals recorded in correspondence of alleles which result impossible according to the information given by the databases) is the same employing both the methods.Back to article page
