ROS-bZIP1 expression preceded the induction of as1/ocs-like element-containing Group-II genes as shown by the very pronounced induction peak within the initial 2 hours in CT6748-8-CA-17 (chilling-tolerant). Induction of the regulatory cluster in INIAP12 (chilling-intolerant) was generally weak and delayed.
