Comparison of the SasaUBA*0201 promoter region with other reported UBA promoters in Atlantic salmon and rainbow trout; SasaUBA*0301 [Genbank:DQ243891], OnmyUBA*0501 [Genbank:AB162342] and OnmyUBA*1501 [Genbank:AF441856]. Promoter elements are boxed [31,32] and the genomic sequences with complete identity to 5'UTRs of UBA cDNA alleles are indicated in italics. Dots indicate identity while dashes indicate gaps.
