(B) las-rhl box consensus from our previous study [8]. The las-rhl box alignment is based on 11 previously identified sequences presumed to bind either LasR, RhlR or both. The overall height of the stack indicates sequence conservation, while the height of symbols within the stack indicates the relative frequency of each nucleic acid.
