From: Short-term oleoyl-estrone treatment affects capacity to manage lipids in rat adipose tissue
Quantization of LPL, FABP4, FATP1 and TNFα by real-time PCR in samples of mesenteric white adipose tissue of treated rats during 48-hours with OE. The results express the levels of mRNA, corrected by cyclophilin values and expressed as a percentage of controls. Results express the means ± SEM of 4 different experiments.
