The predictions, as well as the genomic context information, were extracted and compiled to 28 features. B) The ANN-based MetaProm is trained and tested on these features, the program either accepts or rejects a prediction. C) The program pools all accepted predictions and clusters them and takes the most upstream one as meta predictions. D) The meta predictions, along with predictions from PPPs, were evaluated.
