Q-RT-PCR analysis of hepcidin2 mRNA expression in skeletal muscle (A), heart (B) and liver (C). The expression of hepcidin2 in control versus iron overloaded mice was analyzed in 3 strains (Balb/c, C57BL/6, DBA2). The result values are expressed as mean of triplicate runs +/- standard deviation.
