Biological association networks of interactions between selected differentially expressed genes in SHR (A) and ACTH-induced models of hypertension (B). Probesets selected for input had an overall ANOVA p-value ≤ 0.02 and a t-test value ≤ 0.015 for the contrasts between SHR and WKY (483 probesets) or ACTH and WKY (377 probesets), respectively. Genes are color-coded according to the log2-fold change of the mean value of gene expression in SHR or ACTH compared to WKY. Red indicates up-regulated expression compared to WKY, green down-regulation. Blue shape surrounds coordinate changes in the two models.
