Domain length N (from the predicted end of the signal peptide to the first cysteine of the 8 CM domain), content of selected amino acids (%), PROSITE patterns of the repetitive units (with amino acids at variable positions ordered according to frequency), and numbers of repeats (n). Values typical for proteins from individual branches shown in bold. The sequence of St15 is truncated.
