  1. The frequency of each mono and di-nucleotide was calculated for the entire genome and for the coding and promoter regions of the genes up and down-regulated by 5-AzaC. No specific association of any given mono or di-nucleotide frequency with genes that are responsive to 5-AzaC compared to the whole genome was identified.
