MAR-predicted sequence within IGF2 is found in the nuclear matrix. Fluorescence in situ hybridization of a 5 kb IGF2 subclone (red) encompassing sequence predicted to contain a MAR on nuclear halo preparations (counterstained with dapi and shown in black and white).
