Red lines connect the genomic map positions of the members in each subfamily: (A) JAK, Janus kinase; (B) SOS, son of sevenless homolog; (C) SHC, SHC (Src homology 2 domain containing)-transforming protein; and (D) VAV, vav oncogene.
