Expression of CD41 and CD144 in the yolk sac. Immunostaining of CD144 and CD41 within the yolk sac of E8.5 embryos (see methods for details). Similar to the staining pattern observed in the embryoid body, a close proximity of CD144 (red) and CD41-positive cells (green) is also observed in the yolk sac.
