A) Probe 2 of TPT1 gene for all Meishan RNA samples fails to hybridize. B) In the example of PEG10, a non-breed specific polymorphism is detected and confirmed by pyrosequencing. One of the three Meishan samples, '25 MB' is grouped with the occidental placental samples as visualized by the intensity plots.
