Genes for proteins and rRNAs are indicated with standard abbreviations, whereas those for tRNAs are designated by a single letter for the corresponding amino acid. Arrows indicate direction of coding regions. Black color is used for the genes oriented on the J-strand, red for those with opposite polarity.
