Relative transcript levels for the five selected Ap genes, within and between cell lines, confirm those indicated by the array data. qRT-PCR data was converted by subtracting the Ct (threshold cycle) from forty (total PCR cycles), since lower threshold cycles correspond to higher transcript levels.
