Markers highlighted * were previously mapped [18] but not positioned in the M. truncatula psuedogenome. # indicates markers orthologous between lentil and faba bean but unmapped in M. truncatula and markers suffixed a, b or c denotes derivation from primer pairs that produced multiple PCR products.
