Subcellular localisation of the main PR72/B" regulatory subunits in COS-7 cells. Endogenous PR130 was visualised using PR130N rec. AB, while the other main B" regulatory subunits (hPR72, hPR70, mG5PR/B"γ, mPR59/B"δ1 and mPR59/B"δ2) were visualised as EGFP fusion proteins. Pictures were taken with a LSM-510 laser scanning confocal microscope.
