The percentage of gene numbers (left) and total EST clones (right) were shown. Because one cluster can be associated with more than one GO term and total percentages summing all categories are shown as 100 in (A), percentage in (B) is different from that in (A). Highlights show the characteristic gene families such as cuticular proteins and transcription factors.
