Basic statistics are provided along with a visualisation of the gene structure showing introns, exons, mismatches, frameshifts, and gaps. It also shows which part of the gene was found on which contig. Tooltips provide further detail. Below, the alignment view is shown, clearly highlighting sites of disagreement.
