Overexpression of TAE1 phenotypically suppresses the hypersensitivity of numerous translation genes against drug treatments. Overexpression of TAE1 suppressed the inhibitory effects of neomycin and/or streptomycin for 28 yeast gene deletion strains. Among them, 17 genes belong to ribosomal proteins (blue circles) and 8 genes are involved in translation control (black circles). Red circles represent other genes.
