Quantum if found to be statistically significant by SAM at a false discovery rate of 5% and showing a minimum 1.5-fold change in expression from the untransformed cultivar. 18AA, 22DAA and 26DAA, seeds analyzed for gene expression 18, 22 and 26 days after anthesis, respectively. (B) Overlap of differentially expressed genes between the two independent transgenic lines analyzed.
