Expression heat map of 329 differentially expressed transcripts in earthworms exposed to TNT, RDX or TNT+RDX in comparison with the controls (five worms per treatment). Both samples and genes were hierarchically clustered using Euclidean distance and average linkage (see Additional file Additional file 4: Figure S1 and Additional file Additional file 5: Figure S2 for dendrograms).
