  1. CD44, IGFBP7, and VEGFc were genes over expressed in control cells and MMP1 and APOA1 were genes over expressed in cells treated with DMIOA relative to each other. Similarly, STARD4, INSIG1, and TGM4 were genes over expressed in DMIOA treated cells whereas TNFAIP3, GSTA3, and KLF2 were genes over expressed in cells treated with DMIOA + 20(S) relative to each other.
