The data set revealed 21.6% non-transcribed genes, 3.8% genes with low RNA abundance (log-RPKM >0-16), 41.2% genes with middle (log-RPKM >16-160), 32.2% genes with high (log-RPKM >160-1600) and 1.3% genes with very high (log-RPKM >1600) transcript abundance.
