From: CLIPdb: a CLIP-seq database for protein-RNA interactions
CLIPdb data flow and framework. Binding sites are called using analytical procedures identical to those for published CLIP-seq data sets. Additional information about the CLIP-seq data sets and RBPs are collected from external databases. All metadata are organized for convenient queries and applications.
