MEF2C is predicted to be activated in the high-FE chickens with P-value = 3.11E-02 and Z-score = 2.186. Red and green nodes indicate genes up- and down-regulated in the high-FE chicken, respectively. The color intensity is proportional to the degree of fold change. The upstream regulators are colored with their predicted activation states: orange (activated). Edges connecting the nodes are colored with orange when upstream regulators have activating effects on their target genes.
