The six experiments were main season 2009 (MS2009), main season 2010 (MS2010), off-season 2010 (OS2010), main season 2011 (MS2011), Toluca, Mexico in 2010 (T2010), and Obregon, Mexico in 2010 (OB2010). Phenotypic values of four parents for each trait in each season are indicated by colored arrows. A-D are for stem rust (Sr); E is for yellow rust (Yr), and F is for leaf rust (Lr). Phenotype % represents disease severity.
