More details about these abnormal phenotypes are given in the additional table and figure (see Figure 2 and Additional file 1). Abscissa : mutant RNAi cell lines code names (see correspondence with CDSs in Additional file 1); ordinate: proportions of the normal N/K phenotypes in %; the cell lines were arbitrarily ordered from left to right according to their proportions of “abnormal ‘N/K’ phenotypes”.
