Green circles represent non-heading Chinese cabbage accessions; pink pentagrams represent Chinese cabbage; blue triangles represent broccoli accessions; and red squares represent Arabidopsis. (b) Dendrogram for 18 Cruciferae accessions derived from a UPGMA cluster analysis based on 60 SSR markers. Four clusters were obtained according to the genetic identity (~75%). Cluster 1 indicated NHCC accessions; Cluster 2 indicated Chinese cabbage; Cluster 3 indicated broccoli accessions; and Cluster 4 indicated Arabidopsis. The numbers were bootstrap values based on 1,000 iterations. Only bootstrap values larger than 50 were indicated. (c) Bayesian clustering (STRUCTURE, K = 4) of 18 Cruciferae accessions.
