  1. Biological pathways, identified at least for one of the transcript classifications, are shown. Most transcripts within VR group and its PSR and PDR subgroups were related to purine metabolism (map00230; around 12-17%), similar to the profile of WT. The relative transcript abundance for the pyrimidine metabolism (map00240) within PSR subgroup was found approximately half in PDR subgroup. Aminobenzoate degradation (map00627), beta-Alanine metabolism (map00410), glycine, serine and threonine metabolism (map00260) were uniquely identified in PDR subgroup among the other subgroups. Butanoate metabolism (map00650) and pentose phosphate pathway (map00030) were only identified in PSR subgroup in comparison with the other subgroups. No any biological pathway was determined in CSR subgroup and VIR set.
